As digital health tools evolve, Bloom helps patients take an active role in their well-being. It’s a concept app created for a doctor specializing in Internal Medicine based in Canada.

Brief
For the business case presented to the provincial government, the project required foundational visual materials—basic UI mockups demonstrating key patient workflows, an initial brand direction with logo, color palette, and visual tone, and a clear presentation aesthetic to communicate feasibility and user value. These deliverables were created to effectively convey Bloom’s potential impact and support its proposal for broader development and adoption.
Concept
With Bloom, patients can easily track their symptoms, medications, and appointments while receiving personalized health insights and support. The name “Bloom” symbolizes each patient’s journey toward optimal well-being—reflecting growth, transformation, and proactive care. Its generative logo system reinforces this philosophy: the Bloom logo evolves with every instance, just as every person—and their health journey—is unique.
Seeing Bloom each day becomes a small yet meaningful moment of care—an interaction that feels positive, grounding, and gently uplifting.

Bloom's design aesthetic is thoughtfully crafted to represent the diverse society of North America. The app's colorful palette and imagery are chosen to provide a welcoming and inviting user experience. The flexibility of the shapes and colors makes it easy to incorporate the brand identity into various media and platforms, ensuring consistency and recognition across all touchpoints. The design system's versatility allows Bloom to convey its message effectively and engage with its target audience, regardless of the channel or medium used.

As a novel idea within the province, its distinct and uplifting branding immediately stood out, leaving a strong impression thanks to its warmth, clarity, and human-centered design.
